SCS SB 1059 -- MEMORIAL HIGHWAY

This bill designates a portion of Interstate 55 in St. Louis
County between Butler Hill Road and Meramec Bottom Road as the
"Officer Thomas G. Smith, Jr. Memorial Highway."  All signage
costs will be paid by private donations.
